After Insanity: Day 10
Terrible. I was so sluggish the entire routine. It was probably because I only had one thing to eat all day. Oh well, at least I did it.
I really don't feel like doing Insanity tonight...

After Insanity: Day 9
Pure cardio day. Seemed like the fastest session so far but it was actually the longest. I’m kind of over taking pictures of myself every time. haha

After Insanity: Day 7 + 8
Yesterday was day 7 and it was a rest day. Thank god.
Today was day 8 and it’s the best I’ve ever felt while doing Insanity. I finished all the exercises without any extra breaks. Woohoo! It made me so tired though that I don’t feel like standing to take a picture this time. Maybe later.

Yara was crazy! Everything she did was so energetic and full of life. She was so willing to help all of the other girls even though they were her competition. She deserved to win by far! When she collapsed on stage crying while singing for her life, I as well as the judges and plenty of other viewers, cried right along with her. I doubt anyone will ever top Yara.

After Insanity: Day 6
The end of my first week of Insanity. Tomorrow is my first rest day. Thank god.
Now to dance around like a crazy person as I always do after Insanity.
